heres an interesting list i got from the 3 brewers the other day.
heres a trick to these ones. keep calm and abide the ratio of 70% beer to 30% pop and 1oz of liquor. if theres no pop stick to 90% beer and 1oz of whatever else.
so for example, the titi du quartier. 70% beer, 30% sprite and 1oz creme de cassis.
for the russian: 90% beer, 1oz vodka, 1oz lemon syrup. if you dont know how to make it, just ask.
for the tango i wouldnt pour a whole oz of grenadine in. thats for your taste.

a micro brewery here in Toronto. Absolutely amazing and cozy decor, actually pleasant servers, and awesome beer.
try the brew of the month as it changes regularly and if you like light beer go for blond. Delicious!

i was brought to this place on complete accident. i didnt know where we were going at the time. so walking into this place was just random.
these guys boast like a 100-150 types of different beers. insanely most of them on tap. im not a fan of places like that. not because i dont love beer. i do. but because each beer is always above 6 bucks without need and because youre sitting there with the menu staring at these German words wondering DAFUQ…
so i ordered a stella. im a fan of hop beers. pilsners. something light. now i always get condescending looks when i order canadian. now lets get this straight boys and girls. beer is beer. and its most likely to get you drunk for cheaper. so why bother being fancy? but i ordered a stella because i wanted that damn fancy glass. i should steal one of them once i get the chance. and then a frulli. for those that arent familiar, a frulli is the German strawberry beer. its the girlies beer in the world. but it tastes amazing.
overall i found the place to be pretty decent and not too loud. but that could be due to low attendance on long weekends. it has comfy chairs and kinda dim lighting. its not bad for a date or a night out with your friends. although i would definitely pre drink it as the prices arent exactly ‘lets get trashed here’ friendly.

this is for a pint glass. so for a half pint keeping the 70:30 ratio and adding 1/2oz of creme de cassis. no shaking just stir once and taste
