GODIVA MUDSLIDE MARTINI

1 oz vodka
1 oz Godiva® chocolate liqueur
1/2 oz Bailey’s® Irish cream
3 oz cream

heres an interesting list i got from the 3 brewers the other day.

heres a trick to these ones. keep calm and abide the ratio of 70% beer to 30% pop and 1oz of liquor. if theres no pop stick to 90% beer and 1oz of whatever else.

so for example, the titi du quartier. 70% beer, 30% sprite and 1oz creme de cassis.

for the russian: 90% beer, 1oz vodka, 1oz lemon syrup. if you dont know how to make it, just ask.

for the tango i wouldnt pour a whole oz of grenadine in. thats for your taste.

2oz vodka
1oz contreau
1oz creme de banane
1oz strawberry liqueur

shake into a cocktail or martini glass. no garnish.

ANTIPODEAN

1oz kiwi liqueur
1oz strawberry liqueur
1oz vodka
cranberry juice

shake it up into a martini glass and garnish with a kiwi. Created by Bols ambassador Philip Duff so i suggest using Bols liqueurs for this one.

LIME MARTINI

1oz lime liqueur
1/2oz vanilla vodka
fill with lime juice / cranberry juice

the reason you have a choice there is because you might die of over liming if you add that much lime in there. but cranberry juice… WHITE CRANBERRY JUICE makes a nice addition. dont add pink stuff in there people will get confused.

KATENKA

1.5oz vodka
1oz apricot brandy
lime juice

shake into a cocktail glass. squeeze 2 lime wedges in there and serve.

EURASIAN

1oz peach liqueur
1oz lychee liqueur or Soho for the alcoholics
1oz vodka
cranberry

shake it up into a martini glass. no garnish. recipe created by Philip Duff, ambassador for Bols. So use Bols liqueurs.
